If you use cash on delivery

Regardless of the purchase amount, a flat fee of 400 yen will be charged. Payment can be made by cash, card, or electronic money.
As a general rule, orders confirmed by 12:00 will be shipped on the same day, orders confirmed after that will be shipped the next day. If you are in a hurry, please let us know.
Please note that if you place an order on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, your order will be shipped on the next business day.

Q: What should I do if I want to change the expected delivery date?

If you contact us by phone, email, or fax at least 5 business days before the expected delivery date, we will accept any changes. Since this is an automated delivery system, if you contact us late, we may not be able to make the changes in time. Thank you for your understanding.

Q. My inventory is accumulating, but can I take a break in the middle of the day?

You can take a leave of absence for up to two months.

Q: I would like to order more, what will the price be?

We will add the discount rate (10% off) of the "regular course" you are currently using. We will ship immediately regardless of the next delivery date. During the period when you are using the regular course, our health foods will be discounted by 10%. If the additional order is less than 6,480 yen, please note that you will have to pay the shipping fee separately.

Delivery time

■For cash on delivery: The next business day after your order is confirmed. ■For credit card payments: The next business day after payment is confirmed. ○Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are holidays, so we only ship on weekdays.

Returns and Exchanges

■Please return the product within 7 days of receiving it.
If an accident or damage occurs during transportation, we will replace the product immediately after receiving your contact.
If you don't like the product, we accept returns.
Please contact us within two weeks.
Regarding shipping costs for returns: If the product is damaged due to quality defects, we will cover the cost. If the damage is due to customer's convenience, the customer will cover the cost.

Subscription cancellation conditions

Due to shipping procedures, you can cancel your subscription by contacting us at least 7 days before the next scheduled shipping date.
Please contact us via the inquiry form on our website, email or phone.
If it is more than 7 days before the next scheduled shipping date and the shipping procedure has not been completed, we will accept cancellation processing.
Once your cancellation is confirmed, we will stop shipping your next scheduled shipment and will stop charging you.
Even if the shipping procedure has been completed, if you contact us by the scheduled shipping date, we will accept a return, provided that the product is unopened and unused.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs for the return, and we will process the refund as soon as we receive the returned item.

Refunds (refunds)

When a refund is required due to order cancellation, product return, cancellation of subscription, etc., we will process the refund according to the following payment methods. Please note that if the payment is transferred to a financial institution account designated by the customer due to cancellation or return due to customer's convenience, the transfer fee will be borne by the customer.
